Sense Networks has launched an online tool for discovering and navigating nightlife activities. The company announced the launch of the application. It also announced a separate platform that analyzes historical and current location data from cell phones. Citysense is a mobile map application, released in alpha. It highlights hot nightspots in San Francisco in real time. Users can spot locations on Google and Yelp and identify those with high activity at any given moment or view locations that historically draw the biggest crowds.

Rediff.com has introduced an enhanced version of its Product Search.Rediff Product Search has been upgraded to offer the consumers one stop destination to do comparison shopping across various categories of products and make a better informed decision.

According to a company release, the service now allows users to compare products across brands, features, price points, user ratings and check availability in their city with complete contact details.The service now covers more than 16 product categories under electronics and has also introduced cars and bikes as new categories.

Apple has finally lifted the lid on the highly anticipated 3G incarnation of its iPhone. Known simply as 'iPhone 3G' the handset will feature a faster 3G wireless connection along with a new look and lower price tag. Apple claims that the new 3G connection will be roughly 2.8 times as fast as the Edge wireless connection on the original iPhone.
